As Backdrop LIVE approaches, it's clear from our registrations that we are not as diverse a community as we would like to be. This session is an opportunity to discuss diversity and inclusion in open source projects in general, but also within our own community and our own events. 

  • What are we doing right - in terms of encouraging and supporting diverse participation in our project?
  • What do we need to do better?
  • What can we learn from other projects?
  • How do we make sure our next event is more diverse than this one?
