We are looking at the idea of creating a structured marketing committee for Backdrop CMS that will operate in a more structured and organized fashion than our current Outreach meetings.

The purpose of this session will be to talk about how this new marketing committee will operate and to help set some goals or objectives for this committee to focus on. 

In this session we'll:

  1. Outline the current marketing committee proposal.
  2. Solicit feedback and ideas.
  3. Brainstorm goals and objectives for this committees consideration.
