Triplo has been working on a contrib theme designed to make it easier to create custom front page layouts, in particular the very common design theme today of having a large stack of blocks that span the full width of the page. See example below. 

During this session, we will give a demo of Opera as it works today and would love to get feedback on how to make it better.
